MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a graduate degree program which focuses on business administration and provides with a professional skill set necessary to run an enterprise.

An MBA degree (Master of Business Administration) is a professional qualification degree in management ensuring that its holder has key management competences and is prepared for independent work in managerial positions in both commercial organizations and the public administration sphere.

An MBA program in strategic management is targeted towards middle- and top-level managers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and those who develop and make strategic decisions, or who are just planning to do so.

It helps organize the accumulated managerial experience, develop a vision of the company's strategic development, acquire skills to make effective strategic decisions under risk and uncertainty, update knowledge, and get practical tools as well as new perspectives of developing business.

The program is taught by teachers of Baikal International Business School together with professors from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow).

There are 10 modules in the program: each monthly full-time module is three days long (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

For a separate group, training can be arranged in full- and part-time formats.

The program is Russian-taught, but for groups it can be delivered in English.

Curriculum Design
Program duration: one year (10 modules)

Flexible structure: modules on strategic management, finance, marketing, HR management and so on; real-world case study discussions focusing on Russian and international experience, engaging general discussions, business games, and others.

Distance Learning: students' work between the modules, summative testing, and advising are arranged online. It also allows students to work on group projects from different cities simultaneously.

Convenient Location: the main building of Irkutsk State University in the city center (Karl Marx St.1)

Requirements: a bachelors's degree and managerial experience

Application Process:

• An application to ISU Rector in Russian or English;
• A passport copy;
• Consent to processing personal data;
• Three 3х4 photos (color or black and white);
• Diploma certificate copy (apostille for foreign diploma certificates);
• Contract (on request).

Conclusion of contract and payment for the first three modules by transferring money to the BIBS ISU bank account are the necessary admission requirements before the start of the program.

Fees: 180,000 rub per year; one module is 18,000 rub.

Students have a chance to attend only some modules and get module completion certificates.
